"Very good location but it needs an update. The Bar early had anything . Cannot but anything but need to top up a card at the reception such is not close by the beach . The staff very friendly but definetely not a 4 star hotel. I would day 2. "

"This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm.
From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well.
I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients.
Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli at night "

"We had a really nice stay! Cosy little hotel with a really nice pool. The room was very small but it worked. The AC worked well! Very close to the town of tropea and we had no trubbel finding parking. Very nice view from the breakfast room and you could also see the ocean from the pool. To get to the ocean it was quite a slope to get up and down to. You could borrow umbrellas from the hotel but if you wanted a sunbed you need to pay extra."

Two improvement areas; internet is not very good (male receptionist meant since it worked in the reception area is was ok all over the hotel, they also told there where only one router in the hotel and since I was the only one telling them there was no problem - then after 2 days there where some guys fixing the router outside my room… honesty is always the best answer). Another issue was that the gym was not...

She was so welcoming and helpful!
