"The hotel was clean and had a comfy bed. The owner lady was super nice and even prepared us breakfast for us to take before we checked out at 520am. She was attentive when we asked for the portable heater and more toilet paper.
The hotel was hard to find as is new. I recommend this hotel. Has good decorations.

"We actually didn't get to spend a lot of time at this hotel, but we cannot recommend Andenes Inca and the staff enough. Here is why. First, we had to go to Aguas Calientes (without staying at this property) because our trip to Machu Picchu from Cusco was cancelled. They offered us a partial refund after knowing our situation. They took care of our luggages for 3 days when we were gone. Second, when the process of getting tickets was very difficult, they sent us encouraging messages to stay...

"I found it strange that when i first got to my room, the water to the toilet tank was shut off. The young man at the front desk (who was very helpful during my entire stay, and also helped out with daily breakfast buffet) turned the water back on, which led to water seeping up thru the bathroom floor tiles. I was able to switch rooms, and had no problems after that. Hot water supply was excellent in both shower and sink. The breakfast buffet was decent, with eggs cooked to order and the usual...

"We had a pleasant stay at this family-owned hostal. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was simple but clean, and the shower had hot water, which we really appreciated after long days out. The room got chilly at night, but overall we were comfortable. A good place to stay if you're looking for something priceworthy, straightforward and well-run."

"The staff were very friendly, they provided a sack lunch for my day trip to Machu Picchu, and the breakfast had great options (and coca leaves for my water bottle, for the remainder of my trip). Loved seeing the stars, moon, and mountains from the rooftop terrace at night, with the low light pollution. "

"Property was a bit out the way but the grounds were beautiful. Landacape and flowers were so pretty with the mountains in the background. 3 Alpacas/Llamas on site... wish they were more friendly but still made for great pictures. Wish there was more on site to do. We did walk out and up to the left found a Butterfly museum. It was nice to learn about Mariposas.
Room was big with high celings. Wich made for a very cold night. Room did have a space heater, but needed 2 to fill the space. ...

"This was a beautiful place to stay. We loved our bungalow and the setting. The only negative is that it is so remote and hard to get anywhere. It would be so helpful if there was some shuttle service available into town."

"Minha experiência no Miski Samay Domo Boutique, superou minhas expectativas! Além do atendimento excepcional da esquipe do hotel e do cardápio maravilhoso do jantar e do café da manhã com sabores típicos do Peru, aproveitamos nosso estadia após um dia de visitas aos sítios arqueológicos de Ollantaytambo, na banheira de hidromassagem tomando uma garrafa de vinho e relaxando nesse cenário único! "Great place to stay. I love how the hotel is modern and traditional at the same time. You need transfers to get around, which may get expensive, but the hotel experience was amazing."

"Everything has been great and the hotel is in good condition
However no free drink was offered unless we ate in the hotel which is different to everywhere we have stayed"
"Great property, very close to the train station and walkable to the ruins. Went above and beyond when I left my jacket there after the stay and arranged to have it returned."
"the staff was kind! the hotel sitself is not fancy. But, We felt a real local flavor at the hotel, not like chain hotels. all are within walking distance up to 1 km. Nice to recommend!"
"Nuestra estancia fue simplemente ESPECTACULAR!!!
Desde la misma noche en que llegamos sentimos la pasión y entrega de todo su personal.
Un hotel verdaderamente bello, localizado en un punto estratégico del pueblo.
La limpieza y organización destacan como cualidades dignas de admirar.
Gracias a TODOS por hacer de nuestra visita un recuerdo inolvidable.

"We stayed in the hanging glass capsule. What an adventure! However, safety was top priority. Views are amazing. Property is family owned and Eddy, one of the owners, was on site as well as offered zip lining or hiking. We were greeted with local drink then dinner and breakfast were delicious. The capsule has a jacuzzi with unreal views that we took advantage of! Capsule accommodates up to 4 people and is a unique experience Highly recommend for the adventure seeker. "
"My room was clean and comfortable.ç The shower water was comfortably hot following each day exploring Machu Picchu. The bathroom sink water did not get warm after letti

"The staff was very attentive. They had a nice Peruvian breakfast spread. I love the open air style of the main room and the decor was very nice. They even suggested a few good restaurants that we are going to go back to the next time in Aguas Caliente/Machu Pichu- and Terrazas del Inca will be our return stay. Thank you very much, Terrazas!"
"Great place fue a great rate. There’s not a lot to do in Urubamba specifically but it’s a good hub to see the sacred valley. The rooms are nice, plenty of hot water (even used the jetted tub) and good breakfast. Bed are comfy too! "
"Beautiful hotel with world class service in excellent location. Close to everything, safe. Four star Breakfast and dinner included. Can’t go wrong here. "
"The hotel is really nice, well located in the center of Ollantaytambo, and easy to walk to other places, including the train station. It was under renovations when we got there, so the restaurant wasn’t available, but they sent breakfast to our room, it was a little loud during the day. I would recommend it for your stay in the heart of the Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo. "
"A great place to stay! Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was attentive and available 24/7. I highly recommend!"
