We had to switch rooms 3 times due to the awful conditions of the rooms and particularly the very old red carpet flooring, that was ripped in numerous places. Horrible smell in the rooms. Also, they never offered a refund of any type to accommodate us for our discomfort. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The staff however, was very nice and tried to fix the hotel’s numerous failures. "

"Parking off site was well organised and worked well and was secure. Town a joy as was the festivities including bull running. Hotel was lively, the owner and staff welcoming. 1) air conditioning is not strong enough.
2) Allegra restaurant closed two days in a row can create instance where guests staying for two nights cannot eat there AND also closed on same nights as neighboring restaurants. Makes no sense. "
