The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning."
"The hotel spaces and especially our room were exquisitely decorated, calm and peaceful and in excellent condition. It was very hot while we were there, but the air-con worked very well. The shower was powerful and controllable. The guest pool was great (we did not use either spa, this visit) and empty at 7:30 am. Breakfast was very good and we only paid £7 each per day. Dinner seemed a little expensive for a limited buffet, but the food was well cooked and tasty. The bar was small but really comfortable, with a fair choice of wines and beers, and offered some nice looking bar food. All staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue was some irritating insects, which really required insect repellent as soon as you get out your car. Otherwise, this resort is lovely and we had a great couple of nights here. "
