"Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient."

"The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good. "
