"My flight was canceled twice, I lost my prescription sunglasses, the weather was bad, I was under the weather and the airlines associate was very crude but the front desk clerk was so accommodating and friendly. It was the highlight of the 7 hour ordeal. He did everything he could to make my stay comfortable. He even let me stay a little longer after checkout so i wasn't rushed for the next 8 hour day at the airport. The shuttle drivers were fantastic too."

"The roadways to enter the hotel from the front and the back were run down. Once you get into the parking lot, though, it's fine. The hotel was well updated and we were greeted by a very nice front desk employee, as well as freshly popped popcorn with lots of flavor powders! On our way to our room, we were surprised by an elevator that must be half the size of a normal one. That was odd but it worked fine during our stay. Our room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. Breakfast was good and there were lots of options. Overall, very happy with our stay and wish we could have been there longer."
