"After spending a busy couple of days in Tokyo it was great just spending a day here. It really helped us relax and reset. Although isolated the beauty of nature is gorgeous and there are activities to do. It was great that the bus stop was near by as myself and my friend only brought carry on bags. The hotel was very accommodating with a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off. It was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English.
Room is spacious and super comfortable. I appreciate their attention to details and thoughtfulness! They even went above and beyond in getting a pair of super cute small crocs (for the onsen experience) and kid's toothbrush for my 7 year old!
Doesn’t have a lot of food choices onsite (if you don't have a car with you). Our family tried the Robata Oyama restaurant (Japanese cuisine) and are pleasantly surprised! Good quality is very good.
