"The hotel had hot springs for the guest to use and the room was large, plenty of space to walk around which is not typical for most Japanese hotels. Room also had plenty of storage space and even had a patio looking over the waterfront. It's not a clear view of the waterfront but it's something. "

"The hotel is around 5-10 minute walk to Isahaya station. The receptionist is nice but barely understand and speak English. The room is neat and it’s super great to have a foot massage machine in it."

"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box.
Good shower and staff."

"The Whole place is old, paint peeling everywhere along with rust. Got a room with a view of the back of the hotel. The hallway smelled horrible and the "restaurant" on the top floor was reservation only and wouldn't serve us even though it was empty. Definitely don't recommend and will not visit again."

"Nice room, modern facilities, good lift, free laundry, free sweets, coffee, toothbrush, comb etc at front desk, microwave on each floor. Free wifi, good location next to streetcar/tram, seven eleven next door.
Only strange thing was on check in the staff wanted to try get us to up grade. The room was very small with not much space to move around in or put luggage in, the upgraded room was not much bigger but quite a lot more expensive."
