"Best hotel ever, absolutely gorgeous. Amazing pool incredible food, some of the best pasta of my life. Such a fun, beautiful space so many cool areas to explore. This was the best place we went in Sardinia, highly recommend! Only complaint - bad coffee. Otherwise, just perfect "

"The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. They are very plain & just a room w a bed & tv & dresser. Nothing fancy but fine. The ac works nicely. And the bathroom is small but seemed recently updated. Plenty of parking. About a 10 min walk to beach with a couple of restaurants there. Paid parking at the beach that takes card. Overall we liked it and would stay again. "

Very beautiful locale with beach views from anywhere in the property. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as 3 different beaches (5-10mins). Breakfast was always excellent and the sea/beach views were amazing, priceless!!! I recommend this place 100%! "

"We finished our trip visiting Sardinia for the very first time. We spent time in the northwest of the island and then spent time on the southwest side of the island. We ended the trip closer to the airport at Hotel Ristorante L'Aragosta. Everywhere we went was fantastic and this was no exception. Only wish we had more time. Hope to come back in the future. "

"Great location in a small but quaint town. The beach is walking distance, from middle of the resort property to the edge of the water is around 10minutes. The path was pedestrian designated and there are proper crosswalks to go into the beach parking lot...I'd say you can probably walk a toddler and feel safe enough to do so. We rented a car and hopped around a bit to other beaches but found the 'home beach' to be the best. The stretch closest to the resort is sort of smack in the middle, so the peope that stayed in town likely won't walk down that far and it's really close to the beach restaurant/bar. The hotel's pool is great, big enough for everybody. I don't think they were at max capacity, so it wasn't hard to find a lounge chair/umbrella during the day. It was, very nice, with a lifeguard on duty too. We didn't do full board, and only had the breakfast plan, but that itself was very good. About 3 steps above a continental breakfast, different choices of yogurt, eggs/bacon, cold cut, cheese and different types of bread. Sure, they don't have am omlette station or anything like that but the dining room was very well staffed and the food is great. We stayed in a classic/standard double room, it was big enough and the bed was comfortable enough. The suite was right on the garden level, so we have a bit of ant situation going on there... All rooms seems to have outside space and there is a little rack there for you to hang your bathing suits/what nots. "

"This property is in a wonderful location in a fantastic little village. It exudes a friendly vibe and has a family feel. The staff were really attentive and the room was beautifully cleaned and well appointed. The view from the balcony is magnificent! Air-conditioning worked well and the breakfast was great."

"The hotel advertised wi-fi but they don’t provide it UNLESS you are willing to spend your time in the hotel lobby, which is where you can get it. And who wants to do that? "

"We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late."

"This hotel is the perfect place for anyone staying in Cala Gonone. They offer a great shuttle service to the town and have a wonderful pool. Their service was excellent and offered a good breakfast, I highly recommend it!"

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"A modern, thoughtfully designed property on a hilltop overlooking Nuoro. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful with a small problem that I had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. The breakfast was fine in a room with a great view overlooking the town. One plus, during the off-season, is that there are enough travelers for business, so the property offers the full range of services. At other properties in the off-season, the lack of guests can result in limited services. Also, excellent parking. Definitely recommend for car travelers. Because it is located 2 km from the city center, it may be a hassle for persons who don't have a car, although there is good municipal bus service accessible about a five minute walk distant."

"Very nice property with beautiful restaurant in front of a swimming pool with cascade. Don’t need to leave in the night for dinner out, food very good with affordable prices. "

"Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. I like how art pieces are in your room as well as in the hallways. If I were a chef I would have taken advantage of the the complete kitchen."

"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros. "

"they need to regulate the hot water. it is so hot it will scald you instantly. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked amazing. "

"We stayed as a couple at Agriturismo S'Ozzastru for 13 nights, between July & August. This was our first stay in an agriturismo, which is a sort of working holiday farm, where the animals live, but you can’t see them as the land is very big. We stayed in a standard room that was of a good size, had all we needed for when we came back in the evening after a long day out! The beach umbrella was really a nice touch! Highlights of our holiday were: - [ ] A magnificent buffet breakfast every morning between 8.15am and 10am. The food was home made and super delicious!! There was a variety of savoury and sweet food, hot & cold drinks and what we liked the most were the dried salamini, fresh ricotta cheese and the pastries filled with fresh cream! - [ ] The lovely members of staff, from super marvellous Federica, at the front desk, to the three lady cleaners, to the breakfast ladies and to the guy working at the snack bar! Thank you for welcoming us!! - [ ] Lovely swimming pool area and panoramic views. - [ ] Nice chilling area in front of our room. Things to consider: * Finding a way for outside/agriturismo guests to not leave their belongings all day on the pool chairs/beds when they don’t use the area, as not fair to the other guests. * * Having the opportunity to have breakfast untill 11am. * If possible, replenish the breakfast buffet table untill closing time, and not up to 30 minutes before. We enjoyed our stay and holiday at the agriturismo! Thank you. "

"Very nice traditional hotel with superb views over Bitti and the mountains. Restaurant good quality and only real restaurant in Bitti (walking distance). Bitti itself is a pleasant, but unremarkable village with lots of interesting and steep back streets. Good stop over for a few days if exploring Sardinia "
