"The room seemed okay at first. However, when we returned from dinner and got in bed, we realized that dogs had been in the bed, as all of the pillows and the bedding stank.
I asked if there were any other pillows or another room available and was told there were none (even though hotels.com showed 4). Then I asked for a refund, as we were not able to stay in that room due to allergies and asthma. I was turned down and we left for another hotel."

"The room didn't have any trash cans, one of the 2 towels had holes and the info card said there is a fee to exchange towels, there were no cups in the bathroom, only one small bar of soap and there was no shampoo. Every hotel I have ever stayed in had trash cans, decent towels, cups, shampoo, shower soap and other amenities."

"The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We had booked a room but last minute decided to come a day earlier and they were able to accommodate us with a great room and price. "
"Staff was wonderful! We had a large group with 7 rooms and they made the check-in process seamless! Every time we came and went they were warm and welcoming. Hotel is a little worn and could use some updates. Room was clean and quiet with everything you would need and the bed was comfortable (pillows were so comfy!!). Bathroom leaves a lot to be desired but the water pressure was amazing! I would stay again, it felt safe and the area is convenient with Walmart and restaurants within a mile."

"Stay was great. Marcus at the front desk gave us the fastest and most efficient check in ever. We had some issues with the drains for the sink and tub in the room. Front desk got right on it and had maintenance resolve the issue while we were out. Staff were great and helpful. "

The kitchen/restaurant staff were especially friendly and conversational, making our dining experience an extra pleasant one. Not to mention the food is delicious anyway. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean and tidy, house keeping did a good job servcing the room as usual, and even the manager was extra helpful and friendly, taking personal time out of his day to help us out with a couple small things. The lady at check in was one of the most professional and friendly hotel clerks I have ever met.This was an excellent value for our brief stay. Coffee available 24/7. Breakfast is fruit and muffins.
