"Whilst the property is in a great location and staff are very friendly and helpful the property does need upgrading- pool tiles need repairs, lounge sun beds need repairs, gym needs repairs - equipment not working during our stay. "

"We’ve been traveling a lot the last year. This was in our top 2 for sure. The property was perfect. The pool. The location. The thing that stood out the most for us was the staff. Incredible. They were all so accommodating. Zero issues. We loved our stay here. Already planning another on in the next couple months. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with a great location and a staff that will take care of any request, you have found it. No need to look further. We cannot wait to be back. DJ from 5pm-8pm and live bands from 8pm-11pm. And the bands change every night so you’re not getting the same stuff. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not to mention the free bar flair shows and fire shows. Please…you will not regret it. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. What made it was the staff they go over and beyond to make your stay as great as it can be. The meals at the dining area tasted great and were affordable. The breakfest had variaty and was a good start to the day sitting around the main pool with the crashing waves within site. The resort is in the heart of kuta beach with clear access to the beach and close access to dining out and shopping with a spa on site that my wife told me was fantastic. We had a pool access room which my daughter loved and the staff there were amazing. We stayed at 3 resorts on our trip and we this resort was our favorite. We will book again on our next trip to Bali."

The facilities are very expensive to use “5 star prices” even the spa is 10 times expensive than the all spa’s around the hotel even it is more expensive than spa prices in Australia. "The staff is extremely attentive and personalize your experience daily. The resort is great for kids. The kids room is wonderful. There are so many kids on the property that your children can make friends and the staff play sports with them. They have activities and kids parties near the pool in the evenings. Recommend with children! Having the children entertained makes the parents vacation stellar as well."

"This was a beautiful property, with clean rooms and beautiful pools . The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will defiantly be back. The only little issue was at night it could be noisy from the music playing around the area. But its not a big deal just mentioning it so you can be prepared. 4.9 stars! "

"Amazing experience. We were upgraded and showered with complimentary add ons such as free cocktails in the room and birthday cake. Having a plant based restaurant on site was such a great bonus for my partner who is vegan. I loved that you could order as much food as you liked, a la carte, for breakfast. We would love to go back again. "
