Very enjoyable breakfast but, although the glass of champagne offered was a lovely idea, it is not so good for people driving. "Have stayed here many times under different ownerships. Despite always liking the hotel, I think it would be best to have a car. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful plus a fantastic spread. Dinner though while pleasant a little limited in choice of food and wine. Doesn’t take American Express."

The walls are painted dark brown. They seem intimidating. The refrigerator didn't work. In the room I found three worried beetles. The price during the Vrijthof concerts in Maastricht is overpriced. Nevertheless, the hotel is a good option."

"Almost everything was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient. We only had two minor issues - our promised “to go” breakfasts were not ready as requested but the staff quickly remedied. Secondly, they have sweets available for purchase but when we looked at them, they were completely covered in bugs.
