"Very convenient "

"As two young females going to have a night out. We felt very safe due to the level of security given and communication. Damien and his coworker were very thoughtful and ensured the room was comfortable with AC on and that we were connected to Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious and very filling . The Manager on the day was welcoming and a little flexible with us which we really appreciated , the cleaning Lady does a fantastic job and we believe she is definitely an attribute to your company. Additionally we really appreciate the night staff Damien & co worker (I think that’s his name) due to them looking out for our safety at a night out. We look forward to coming again soon thank you from Miss White."

"The property was beautiful so many amazing things to see. The rooms were very roomy. I do have a few mi or complaints. There is not much direction getting around the property. We walked in circle up and fine stairs. No maps were offered to us. When we finally found the lobby again we asked for a map which helped a lot. The resort was pretty empty I did feel there was not much to do in the way of entertainment during the day. Hardly any interaction with the staff."

"The property was clean, located in a gated community with security patrolling. The house was beautifully decorated with bathrooms for each bedroom. We did not like the fact that air conditioners are only in the bedrooms. The living, dinning and kitchen area are unbearably hot in the Jamaica summer heat. We were not able to enjoy that common area. There is only one TV in the 3 bedroom house and we were not able to watch it because it was so hot in the common area with no air conditioner. The TV soundbar also did not work. I would not recommend this property because of the fact that it is very, very hot during the summer and our inability to enjoy family time in the common area because there is no air conditioner."

"Had another absolutely amazing stay the staff go above and beyond especially the whole of the entertainment team shakera dyce yogi freeza candies lady d simone and everyone else i cant remember all names but every single one of them deserve an award for all the hard work they do they go above and beyond for every si gle guest and they take there time to sit and talk to you as humans not just holiday guests they take note of what people want and make advances for it to happen the best entertainment team ive come across and i do the job myself in another country bug shout out to amoy on reception aswell who always goes above and beyond, absolutely amazing zero complaints "

"My wife and I just had the most incredible 4 night stay at GoldenEye for our anniversary. We stayed in one of the Lagoon Cottages which was very roomy and comfortable. We loved being directly on the lagoon where we could swim, kayak or just sit and watch the turtles go by. We enjoyed the beaches and pools on the property as well. All of the staff (front desk, restaurants, grounds, water sports, spa, etc.) were wonderful. And, every meal we had at Bizot Bar and Bamboo Bar was delicious and featured the freshest local ingredients and bright Jamaican flavors in a good variety of traditional dishes. I cannot think of a single negative. We cannot wait to go back next year."
