"Great option for us due to its location between the port and train station, very happy with our choice. The location is reached through a courtyard from the street so it is very quiet and the room was extremely clean with modern aesthetic. We liked the amenities in the shared kitchen such a big fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, cups, etc (anything you would need I think) and the shower in the room got hot with good water pressure. WiFi worked well. "
"The host Massimo was wonderful, showed us where to eat, what to see, made coffee for us every morning, helped us call a taxi to the airport. The place was renovated recently, nice and clean, the location is convenient, 12 minutes walk to the central train station. There are 2 restaurant/bar downstairs, so it could get noisy at night, but will be quiet after they closed. Will definitely stay here again."
"A lovely gem of a hotel just outside of Naples and great for exploring Pompeii. The nearest train station was closed for renovations but the hotel put on a free taxi shuttle service which was fantastic.
The breakfast was great, hotel was very clean, quiet and modern. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, great for families.

"We loved the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic the only thing that made me feel unsafe was that there was a person on the 4th floor that was not a guest sitting in the chairs my elevator asking for water being a parent with kids in a separate room it did make me feel uncomfortable not sure if the property has security . "Noticeable difference when different pool attendants (poolside covered in seagull dropping overnight and not washed down prior to re-opening in the morning) and room service personnel took over on Monday - noticeably not so attentive. Our original service person came back today, thankfully. "

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets."
