"Very basic tiny cottage but mostly clean and comfortable.
The only negative was the dirty floors.
My feet!!!
And walls are very thin. No privacy.
But I expected this.
I’ve reached out to management on the floors.
Rest was as advertised: reasonably priced, dog friendly, close to several great eateries and gorgeous beaches.
Will come back. "

"It was clean and pretty comfortable but nothing to right home about. That being said, I didn't go to the Cape for the hotel room. It did what it needed to in giving us a convenient place to stay."

"This place has a world of potential. Beautiful location and layout. But the rooms full of mold, rust, bugs (fork tails) and a large slug (pic below) and because of all of that the smell of mildew was very strong.
Never met anyone to check in or check out. Really a shame and way overpriced for the motel 6 quality. "

"It was a smelly garage turned into a room. There was a bad smell of mildew and I got sick. There were bugs in the room and a window ac that left open space for insects. Owners left a cute breakfast basket. Never any wifi to access. "

"Our stay was very relaxing and having access to an inside pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a private beach was great. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. The first night was so hot that I could barely sleep even with the fan that is provided and even if you leave the balcony door open for a breeze, the doors make a lot of noise when closing and people using the pools and talking is very noisy and will wake you up. "

"Great hotel. Never used the pool which is why we chose it but the location was great. We walked to town one day then rented bikes for the duration. It was easy to get around. Nice continental breakfast in the morning with coffee for free. Fire pits for night. "

"We had a glorious time. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed looking out over the water from our balcony. Convenient to everything in P’town but still quiet and relaxing. A wonderful spot. "

"We’ve stayed here many times. It’s conveniently located right across Marconi Beach. It has a great restaurant next door and wonderful breakfast bagel a very short walk from the hotel. The two pools were great for the kids. "

"We loved the location and amenities. The staff at the cafe were friendly and the food was great. I would suggest an upgrade on the sofa bed. Other than that it was perfect. "

"The pool was the best part of the hotel. They played good music all day and had very nice bartenders, the vibe was good. I would definitely recommend going. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a beach resort with nice accommodations, an array of activities, and a really nice beach, I’d highly recommend this resort. The staff was very friendly and the rooms look recently redone. Nothing fancy but nice. Breakfast food was mediocre but lunch options were pretty good. Great place for a family getaway."
"Parking was not an issue. Room's were spacious and clean and beds comfortable. There was minimal towels in bathroom and the TV kept freezing up for a second or two at times. The pool towels, when available were very small. The handle on the pool stairs was very wobbly, and pool needs renovating. Otherwise, great location with walking distance to shopping and great food! Had a great relaxing time, will stay again!"
