The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food. "

"My wife and daughter stayed for one night at this hotel for a belated birthday treat and had a fantastic time. The staff were so kind to my daughter and they were both treated like royalty from check-in till checkout. The breakfasts looked amazing too!"

"Amazing hotel! Was just what my partner and I needed for a couple nights in London, especially with the heat we were hit with. The air conditioning was so easy to adjust and made it such a comfortable experience at night. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and we had all we needed. We only had breakfast one morning since it was a bit expensive (£13 per person) but the food selection was good and they also offer take away bags. An easy walk to Kings Cross and St. Pancras, as well as to some attractions like the British Museum. Convenient location and overall a great accommodation for the price. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"TV didn’t work and flush on toilet didn’t always work… these were the only downsides though, it didn’t ruin our stay and we would return."

"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."

"Attended an even at the National Theatre so this was the perfect spot on the south bank for an overnight stay. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and lots of space. "
