"Good location if you want to be in Coles Bay Bear in mind there is really nothing in Coles Bay, just one small shop We only went there to do the Wineglass Bay cruise but it was cancelled due to wind and rough sea. Unable to cancel accommodation which was frustrating"

"Very dissapointing, especially for tourist from overseas. - 3rd bed not made inspite of additional $$$ charged for the 3rd person. Apparently linen for 3rd person must be requested via email. - 3rd bedroom lamp is busted. Kitchen dangling light is busted - The color of the water from the tap is rusty yellow. Very basic,should have been disclosed. - Some fork and spoon had food smudges so we need to wash before using - Lost water on the 2nd day (starts 7am). So we're not able to shower on...

"Beautiful location. Sauna takes a bit of work to get going and approx 1.5hrs to reach temp. Kitchen is semi equipped. No microwave. BYO condiments and spices etc required for any cooking. 3 bulls in nearby pasture, didn't see any other wildlife during our stay. Great for star gazing on a clear night. We enjoyed our 2 nights there. "

"Very comfortable house with fantastic views & nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather so weren’t able to take advantage of beach. Day trip into Freycinet national park was easy 10 min drive. Make sure you take your everyday grocery with you as shop is 10 min drive. Had small problem with washing machine which was fixed immediately & could not get oven to work but lovely spot for couple to rest."

"We had the best time at Zenith. Absolutely gorgeous house with the best views. Not too far from all the action on Freycinet. Nice and warm even with all the windows in the autumn. Highly recommend. "

"I loved the fact that the property had so much kitchen utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker ect. Very different to the 3 useless pans at other accomodations I’ve stayed at in the past. Loved the privacy of the property. The quietness and the views! Only downside was the second room didn’t have bedding only a blanket on top. But other than that would definitely recommend and book here again. "
