Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family.

"The location is great and the snorkelling is excellent. The staff are fantastic. The resort needs some tender loving care. The gardens are well tendered, but the rest of the infrastructure needs work.
Food is a bit hit and miss but there is a Beach Bar nearby thank goodness."
