"Fabulous hotel with a unique experience and location. Be cautious of room arrangements though. We booked a twin room for our family of four, and on arrival this was two single beds! The hotel were extremely obliging and helpful to resolve our situation, however the description on Expedia needs to be clearer. We dealt with the hotel directly for resolution as it’s too difficult navigating Expedia to resolve a booking issue."

"I enjoyed my stay @ Beach Rotana. It was really comfortable & relaxing. I was able to enjoy the outdoor view & dining. It’s quiet over looking the small bay but you also have the mall close by. At night when I missed the taxi I walked back from the bigger mall & it was safe. Enjoyed the many highlights of Abu Dhabi!! ✨ "

"Fantastic hotel and the main thing that makes me feel it’s fantastic is the staff, they remembered me from my last stay and any problem or concern I had they would help me and attend to me straight away! It’s the little things that matter and the customer service there is excellent! A special thank you to Ashok from the bell service, I hadn’t even got out of the taxi and he saw me and remembered me from my last stay there! On my stay it was a shame they had construction going on as it was quite noisy but when that will be finished it’s one of the best hotels in AUH! I will be back soon! Keep the customer service high as not many places anymore have this still! Miss Emma! "

"Only I wasn’t very pleased with the delays when I forgot my passports on the hotel. They did manage the problem but took their time with minimal unclear communication. Stressful waiting time I had to bare. "

"What is really great about Rosewood is you can access the galleria mall without leaving the hotel. The restaurants and food are top notch. The staff so friendly and wanting to help you get settled in and start relaxing. "

"I decided to surprise my husband with a trip and booked Jumeirah Saadiyat Island for a week for his birthday. My oh my!!! The hotel exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable trip. They had a birthday cake, balloons, cookies and a basket of fruits set up in our room on our arrival with rose petals on the bed. We also landed early morning around 8am and got to the hotel around 9am. Check-in wasn’t until 3pm, however our room was ready at 10.30am and we were allowed to check-in early!!! Always a plus. The room was amazing, we had the garden room which was super spacious with easy access to the pools and the beach as it was located on the ground floor. The staff were all very welcoming, kind and caring. The hotel focuses a lot on sustainability which is great and we were given beautiful complimentary bottles upon arrival to use around the hotel. Breakfast was top-notch, so many different options and cuisines to choose from, you will never get bored. I would like to highlight that there is a deposit to be paid upon arrival and it was about £800 for 6 nights (which you get back providing you didn’t break anything in the room), just a heads up for people who are not aware as I was not aware. The deposit is calculated based on the number of nights you are staying for. The beach!!!! Where do I even start?! The beach was the highlight of our trip. Super well maintained, soft sand, clear warm turquoise waters. Thank you Jumeirah Team"

"I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi! The staff were amazing throughout. Special shoutout to the barman at the adults-only pool (his name starts with R) — his mocktails were incredible and he had such great energy. I really appreciated how accommodating the hotel was for non-alcoholic drinkers. Claude was so kind and helpful with my luggage on the day I left, and the general manager also made time to speak with me, which was such a lovely touch. The staff at The People’s Restaurant were by far the friendliest — I highly recommend them. Benson, who kindly cleaned my sunglasses by the pool and was always polite, was also fantastic. The private beach is a huge plus — quiet and very relaxing. Rooms were always cleaned to perfection. Only downsides: I wasn’t allowed to take away my leftover sushi at the Asian restaurant on the 38th floor when I wasn’t feeling well, and it was disappointing to hear it would go in the bin — I shared this feedback with the manager. The only other small issue was the gentleman from the spa who frequently interrupted guests relaxing by the pool to promote treatments — this became a bit much and actually put me off visiting the spa entirely. Overall, I had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Thank you to the Rixos team for making my stay so special! The overall atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet welcoming, and the attention to detail across every part of the experience really stood out. "
