"Everything was excellent. Big shout out for Rye at Reception and Josie in Whip Bar & Grill who went out of their way to ensure a great stay for us. I gave 4 stars for Condition because the room we were allotted required us to take two lots of stairs and the corridor smelt a bit musty, possibly because it was close to the pool. We are both in our late 70s and perhaps we should have asked for a room which did not require us to navigate stairs with two bags etc. In all other respects we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the friendly service of all staff was outstanding."
"We love Woodstock and this was out first time staying here at The Shire. The staff was very friendly, and the room was fun and clean, and oh what a view!"
