They have laundry facilities for hotel guests. But if you book a room through vacasa you can cause the laundry room

I also stayed at Marriot and Sheraton and I missed Hanalei Bay Resort the entire time I was at the other hotels. Definition of hidden gem."
"Employees was really friendly and the concierge to we only booked for 2 nights but ended up staying a whole week they accommodated me and my family the room was really clean and up to par we had washer dryer so we didn’t need any housekeeping services "
