"There is absolutely no reason the desk clerk should be taking pictures of guests ID’s. Checked in but didn’t stay. Room faced the highway and traffic was not quiet. Was unable to secure door at back side of room as it was locked from other side (no idea who/what door accessed). Overall, did not feel very secure with the check in. "

"When booking on line, it was stated there was a breakfast included. There was no food of any kind at this place, no coffee machine in room. There was a microwave in the hallway. There was only 1 towel, 1 face cloth, also only 1 bar of soap and 1 sample size conditioner. No shampoo. This room had 2 queen sized beds in it. So there could have been 4 people in this room. Maybe the staff should check to see if there is enough supplies in the room for the amount of people booked to use the rooms."
