Worst hotel on our two-week trip. The beds were extremely uncomfortable – we could feel the springs. It was hot, so we opened the window. Around 9 PM, reception knocked and told us to close it. Our dogs barked briefly, as dogs do when surprised.
We slept poorly but neither I nor my light-sleeping husband heard them bark again. Still, the next morning, the receptionist accused us of disturbing the neighbors all night. When I asked what he wanted us to do with that...

"The stay for a night was the not total bad memory for us. The 400 year old building converted to hotel is good effort. With helpful staff (Aman) it was high expectations which shattered once we entered the room.
The ventilation is not working, the air vent in bathroom has clogged vent. If you can sit on dirty commode some how you will definitely be squeezed in between commode and wash basin.
Entire ground floor was smelling cigarette smell the room was off smell couldn't enter without...

Booked a quadruple room, it came with two beds(ok didn‘t need more but what if?)
Arrived at 8pm, nobody there and no hint on the website that reception is not open then. Managed to call somebody and received a code to get my keys. At 8.17pm they sent me a text message saying, that I need a code….
There was also the guest registration to be completed but no pen….

"We lost our train and could not check in before 6pm, they allowed us to check in late it was amazing. But I believe they need to comunicate that the place where they want u to check-in at is almost 40 min walking from the property. Also, there were no buses so we had to walk all the way to the train station with our suitcases. Besides the transportation issue, it was super clean and beautiful."
