"The hotel has a nice restaurant but only accepts 6 tables per 1/2 hr. We were told there was no room until 9.30. We had dinner in the bar next door and until 9 , there was only 1 table occupied. Service in the bar for food and drinks was terrible because they were so understaffed."

Hotel was centrally located in the town with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Room was large enough and bathroom was also ample size. Room was clean and overall condition was well maintained. "The architecture, the decor, the setting…..everything lead to a wonderful alpine experience. It had an excellent spa feel and ambiance. A very nice retreat.

"We spent a fantastic 6 nights staying on the We Camp Pyrenees site in mid july. For a family of 4 we had a 2 bed cabin with it's own toilet and shower, small kitchen and aircon. Spacious enough for us and had a lovely terrace to sit on. Kitchen area had enough to do simple meals, small microwave, 2 ring hob. We had a pod coffee machine but, I don't think all properties had this. No kettle. Towels were provided. The site was lovely, small shop with fresh bread and pastries (best to reserve what you want the day before). Also sold drinks, crisps, household items and bits and bobs. Supermarket approx 1.5 mile away. Pizza restaurant on site which we didn't have time to try, but looked very good. It was closed a couple of nights due to short staff. Also, brilliant small restaurant short walk away which served Tapas, burgers, traditional spanish food and milkshakes which were all delicious. The campsite was lovely, peaceful and the pool area ideal for kids with 3 slides that entertained us. No inflatables allowed and people do adhere to this. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Also a paddle court on site (can hire rackets and buy balls), football area, table tennis. All the staff were super helpful. Other facilities on site all clean and well maintained such as shower block etc. Also had a washing machine (5 euro large load) and dryer (4 euro) which was handy. "

"This hotel is incredibly beautiful from the moment you set eyes on it. For a station to be so big in such a small village is surprising but the way it has been lovingly restored to such as high standard is stunning. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, to the point where they helped put us on a tour of the historic station that day spoken in Spanish but with a bit of English from the guide. Definitely a must visit! "
