"Convenient. Bridge to Silver Legacy is nice for more food options. Midway arcade was great for the kids. Live show at Midway was entertaining. Free parking is a plus."
"The rooms honestly looked better then the photos, the were clean some of the staff was good others not so much but it was fun and parking was pretty good"
"We enjoyed Silver Legacy very much. Very nice rooms, good view of Reno and the Mts. in the distance, good coffee in the rooms, etc. Also, compared to, e.g., Bally's in Tahoe, it had plenty of working elevators; thus, there was hardly ever a long wait.
The entire complex had a good variety of dining choices (although, the fancier ones had bizarrely high prices with, i.e., a steak for $75). This was also true of the big Casino hotels in Tahoe.
One minus was that, we went back to stay there again on the day we had to fly out at 10:50pm and we were leaving on the 8:30 shuttle. They charged us $39 for checking in one and a half hours before regula check in time AND charged us the Resort Fee (and we didn't use any of those features). Otherwise, we were extremely happy with the resort."
"Our room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, plenty of bath towels, soap, etc. It was mostly quiet, but no one can control rude people who don't respect other people's needs for quiet. We did not hear traffic noise and the "people" noise was mostly from the quad with the swimming pool (which is usually inherently noisy everywhere you go). There's a restaurant there called "Two Chicks" that I would never go to again. The food was undercooked (then radically overcooked when redone). The service was a disaster. But, overlooking the restaurant, our 3 day stay was very satisfactory."
"We stayed here traveling from the PNW back home to Iowa. We stayed here for the Great Salt Lake. Wish we would have stayed closer to the airport because the drive added 35 miles to my drive. Oops. Great breakfast, rooms were clean and updated. The staff were mostly pleasant. We don't normally stay in the upper scale places, but this was a nice place. "
"The staff were super friendly. The hotel is clean and tucked away so if your traveling with camping gear and worried that it might be taken, the parking is secure and not busy. The rooms were great, we drove 6 hours and were able to shower and fall asleep with ease. They also serve breakfast which was nice and very good."
"The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here. The room was big and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location was very good we were able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, chocolate champagne.
We only had 2 hand towels in our room. We called the desk and towels were sent up quickly.
Didn’t really care for the shower water pressure.
Overall we had an amazing experience at Ballys"
