"This resort is good for families in general and the food is delicious the restaurants are the best restaurants I ever try in Mexico. My only complaint is that is really hot even in the restaurants. Location is good is really close to La Isla Mall and a lot of excursions. My kids love the kids club and the activities. "

"I have been to the Royal Cancun 3 times and it’s always great. Great service and the property is so pretty. Fun to bus over to the Royal Sands for a day in the surf too and see a good show."

"Place definitely has the potential the staff was helpful and supportive, but good amount of work. Place itself was in pretty good shape, but that's just the areas that were complete. Bedding wasn't cleanest it seemed, but rooms in general were and bathrooms spacious. They're still working on several areas of the property and i think once it's done it will be really nice"

Room was great, full living/dining area and good kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine (though no filters or coffee, took a while to find some) and large fridge freezer.

"Excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms, fantastic staff and service. Not too busy, felt like a private resort. Staff was attentive, drinks and food of a much higher quality. Lovely spa too. Only comment is that the gym is too warm and the AC wasn’t strong enough there. Made it difficult to use."

"I enjoy the all-inclusive resort. I enjoy the swimming pool. The party pool was a lot of fun. 0 The staff really tried hard to entertain us and I enjoyed them bringing drinks to me. Also, the seafood buffet was excellent as all the other food in the buffet area. Also, the small Mexican restaurant by the pool is very very good. I went back there a few times. Also they made pizza by the pool which was excellent. The animals were very much a delight. Toca boat cruise to an island and it was tons of fun. His crew was very accommodating"

"An excellent hotel offering a wide range of dining options. The preferred club suites are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. However, I would prefer a firmer mattress as the current one was too soft for my liking. Additionally, enhancing the pool areas with music would greatly improve the atmosphere, considering this is an adult-only hotel and not a spiritual retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."
"This property is a medium sized property not too big or too small. It was clean, modern since it was only built in 2022. If you like cleanliness, this is the place for you. The food was good and the restaurants were even better. Geisha was a buffet Asian style restaurant with lots of choices. Milan Italian restaurant with buffet appetizers and then Al la carts menu items. kuliminum was fancy with Al carts options and the steak house restaurant was outdoor/ indoor setting which can be hot depending on temperature outside, but has ceiling fans. Dinner was good. The main Buffett restaurant offered lots of choices for breakfast lunch and dinner.
I loved the entertainment they provided and the themed nights. The hotel has a night club which was awesome. This hotel is on the beach so an easy walk from your room. The customer service was awesome. They catered to your needs every need. The Riu themed parties are the best. They are not directly on this hotel ls site, but they shuttle you to attend at RIU caribe. Make sure to sign up for the Riu parties when you arrive so that you have free transportation. Overall a great hotel and location for the price. I would do it again. "
