This is a very small and quiet town by the beach and to have the option of three lovely pools at the hotel or just to walk to the beach was amazing. "Very nice hotel perfectly situated in Hvar Town. Nice staff, fresh, clean and inviting hotell and pool area. I particularly appreciated the hotel picking up my luggage at the port and transporting it up to the hotell, so that I cloud arrive at the hotel without being exhausted. "

Our only complaint is that there was not enough sun-beds by the pool. A lot of people were hogging beds and leaving their towels on the sunbeds for hours without using them. The hotel need to implement a system to stop this.

The hotel looks super-modern and all freshly renovated. The outdoor patio with some plants is great, you can have dinners or breakfasts there. We had breakfast there and enjoyed the rich buffet and the outdoor seating. Rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. The staff was very friendly.
We could park our car near this square in front of the hotel, it's public parking at no cost. Not sure whether the hotel has any dedicated parking spots in the back.

I am a 2,000,000-mile Platinum award member at American airlines, which means that I am a big traveller ; I must say that I have never met this caliber of receptionist's staff. Filip and Marija brought a new meaning for customer service/support. They were perfect and made our stay enjoyable; As an example, the airline company lost our luggage; they were also rude with us considering the stress that we had since we had to leave to Dubrovnik 2 days later and they did not tell us about the process ; Filip and Marija told us : proceed with your vacation, we will take care of it including arranging for the luggage to be delivered to the hotel, What a RELIEF this was; We will never forget this. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "
