"The area inside, outside, as well the pool looked clean and maintained. Mr room was clean to my stardards and the beds were extremely comfortable;however the pillows were not too comfy. The rate was very affordable. Overall my experience was good and probably will stay at more Comfort Inns."

"The room is beautiful and extremely comfortable. I’m positive it’s the cleanest of any hotel, Inn, Suites I’ve ever stayed in. And quit I couldn’t hear the airport which it was close to. I couldn’t hear the people in the rest of the building. "

"This was a great way to end my vacation, since my flight arrived at a late hour into TYS. It is an easy and straight walk from baggage claim to the Hilton,or they will come get you in their shuttle. The hotel is great. Pool is fun, too, Restaurant and bar on site."

(7mth, 2yr, 15yr). However, the room was not very clean (dishes were dirty, floors left black residue on your feet). We had to request blankets for the hide-a-bed (none in the closet). We requested a crib which they did find one for us, but no crib sheet. The shampoo and liquid soap dispensers in the shower had come loose. There were no towels for the pool at 9am. After requesting, they brought out just enough...

"Knoxville was basically closed due to getting 4" of snow as we flew in from FL so made reservation & took advantage of their free shuttle to hotel from airport, about 1 mile away. Clean, nice pool & hot tub, along w good breakfast. Only drawback was that the only ice machine was on first floor. This was a minor inconvenience. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thumbs up👍
