"Is a no frills hotel. Room was reasonable sized, bed was comfy. Location is great. Staff are friendly. Cons: Bit of a sewer smell in the lobby. Bathroom was small - the toilet gurgled and was almost impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom, we did the best we could. "

"The location of this hotel for visiting the Eiffel and using the Metro is excellent. We were on the 3rd floor which, by Canadian standards is the 4th floor and there isn't an elevator. We had backpacks and I had two surgeries prior to arrival. Regardless, we don't feel like we suffered and it added to the charm of the hotel but it might not be for everyone."

"Lovely property for a few days in Paris. Location is great, just by the gardens and metro stop down the road. The area didn’t feel overly touristy so had a nice vibe to it. Rooms decent size, although corridors and lifts were very small!"

"I was referred to Hotel du Levant by a friend who has stayed here for decades. We had a view of the courtyard and it was quiet (no street noise at all). I absolutely loved the location (Latin Quarter). The staff spoke English to me perfectly as I do not speak French. The complementary breakfast was perfect. It was a 5 min walk to the metro so it was easy to navigate around Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kids had their own room and the beds were super comfortable! "

"Very nice and charming hotel in the heart of the Latin Quarter. We were a familiy of four from Northern Norway, two kids 7 and 9 years. We had a lovely time, easy to find metro and to come around in Paris, very friendly staff and charming rooms with the most beautiful walls in Paris<3"

"Small hotel in the latin quarter. The front desk was outstanding, very helpful and engaging. Robin was particularly helpful. The hotel restaurant was typically European with a nice breakfast. The hotel like the entire area is older, and that is why I gave a rating of 4. A half mile walk led us to many restaurants and shops, and a delightful pedestrian only latin quarter neighborhood. "
