"The bed was super comfy, the breakfast options are limited but appreciated. The town is super small and cute! Loved how close it is to the Caverns! The drive to get there the next day was great. The pool could use some cleaning and the splash pad area too was a little dirty but my son enjoyed it. The room was spacious!! "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, we could ask at the front desk and they would take care of it. It was very clean. The property is undergoing a remodel so there were things around outside related to that. We had an issue with our air conditioner. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we could the next morning and maintenance was to our room very quickly. He changed out the unit right away. "

"We stayed here because it was a 40 minute drive to Carlsbad and it had a kitchen. Once we arrived we realized that this place is generally used to those working in the nearby oil fields. The room we were in would have been perfect for one person. It was very tiny for my husband and I and our son. We didn’t manage to fit a twin sized air mattress on the ground. Pros: it was clean, updated (or new), and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of ice available for our cooler. Parking was close and there was plenty of it. Bed was comfy. The kitchen was simple but I could do the cooking I needed. The fridge worked great. Cons: very small room and it was lacking some of the things you generally find in a hotel. If you add these, our stay would have been nearly perfect. Some suggestions: End tables on each side of the bed with a desk lamp. More options to plug in phones and devices. A small table or something in the bathroom to put items on. Additional plates, cups, and silverware. When we arrived late at night we found only one fork, spoon, and knife. Two plates, bowls, and cups. We were able to get more silverware the following day. Having at least four of each item would have been helpful. "

"I liked it was close to the area we needed. Went to The Brewing Company to eat. AmaZING food and great entertainment. The room itself, was not a queen bed, but a full size bed. The room was very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They do have a continental breakfast, they also make a nice breakfast burrito. Thank you."
