"I have no complaints about the hotel. Room was very clean. King size bed very comfortable. Shower is separate from the shower and the sink is too so no getting ready in each others way. As for the staff, they were so polite and couldn’t do enough for you. 10/10"

"From the moment we landed in Cambodia to the moment we stepped onto the soft white sands of their private beach, the team at The Secret Garden Koh Rong made everything seamless and special. They arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport, took us to the pier, and even had a ferry waiting to bring us directly to their dock. The hospitality we received was beyond anything we expected. Every member of the staff made us feel truly at home. Though the restaurant typically caters to Western tastes, Sambo and One went out of their way to prepare special Khmer dishes just for us—showcasing their own take on flavors we know and love. One of the most memorable moments was a private beachfront dinner they set up just for our group—thoughtful, romantic, and unforgettable. They also arranged scooters for us to explore the island, had paddle boards and kayaks available, and even took us on a guided trip to local villages so we could experience the heart of the island and its kind, welcoming people. The infinity pool was perfectly situated with ocean views and easy access from every room. Our stay at The Secret Garden was filled with moments of joy, connection, and beauty. It was more than just a vacation—it was an experience that touched our hearts. Leaving was the hardest part."

"I would like to compliment Mr. Virak, who has made my stay at Novotel Sihanoukville extremely pleasant. Mr. Virak always anticipates my needs, puts himself in my shoes, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. His service is beyond thoughtful and truly exceptional. On Day 1, when I needed a quiet spot for a meeting, he patiently followed me from the restaurant to the lounge and finally to the lobby—just to help me find the perfect quiet corner. He even brought me an extra table for my laptop, turned down the music, and checked in on me every hour to ensure everything was okay. On Day 2 during breakfast, he saw me with my laptop and, knowing I needed to work, offered me a seat in a closed area for some peace and quiet. He was so attentive to every detail—asking if he should turn on the lights to reduce glare from my screen, checking if I needed anything to eat or drink, and even closing the door for me when he noticed more people walking past. Later that evening at the beach bar, while I was working again, he noticed I hadn’t plugged in my charger. He quietly brought me an extension cord and asked if I needed to charge my laptop. That level of attention is rare. As a trainer, I’m honestly very impressed by Mr. Virak’s dedication and attentiveness—so much so that I will be using his service as an example in my future customer service classes. I hope this message can be passed along to him, e truly he made a lasting impression on me."

"This is my favorite resort in cambodia. You can walk to the beach. They have good tuna sandwhiches, burgers, pizza and the rib-eye was tasty as well. Gym is far but the staff will shuttle you anywhere on the property. "

The resort was very friendly and comfortable. Swings and hammocks were everywhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was the WiFi wasn’t the strongest. Would definitely return. "

"This is a nice peaceful resort. Only 20 minute walk along beach to bars/restaurants. The Staff here are very helpful and pleasant. The beach in front is kept very clean by the resort. Breakfast good. Free use of kayak and paddleboard. We took a dome room on the beach. All the rooms have nice little patios. Good housekeeping. Would come back."

"First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find, google maps didn't locate accurately, neighborhood was soso with lots of abandoned real estate projects, just skeletons sitting there. Checkout again marred by absence of staff, so not even sure if I checked out correctly"

"La Passion doesn’t have Management that show Passion! The staff are trying there best but with no support from management that you never see, they have no chance of turning this property into what it should be. Left at the pier known one to help us with our bags, I had to walk, even though notified of our arrival. It’s 3 star not 4, not enough sunbeds, sunbeds broken, all the cabana beds are broken, not enough beach/pool towels for customers, rubbish left in bins overflowing for our entire 5 day stay, no security so anyone can effectively come in. Breakfast is basic, they cannot cook eggs. There isn’t enough staff so everything is slow. I really want this property to succeed. If management cared for their staff and the property these things could be fixed very quickly. The staff need help from management. I like the rooms, the cleaning team in the rooms do a great job. The staff are all very friendly and nice and doing their best. For the price point I would consider other properties until the management sort out the problems they have been told about time and time again… "

"Good location right next to the beach. Walking distance from the Golden Lions roundabout with many restaurants nearby. However, the amenities at the hotel are very basic. Casino tables right between the lobby area and the guest elevators, are fairly distasteful. Breakfast was very disappointing compared to other hotels I’ve been to in the region "
