Spent 3 nights with my son and it was such a great experience. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to speak English to my son who has limited Spanish. Close to many restaurants, comfortable and clean rooms, amazing pool and great gym facilities. Can’t wait to return on my next trip to Viña Del Mar, Chile

Grossly over priced and mismanaged.

The hotel offers a kettle yet only two sachets of coffee and no creamer for a 9 night stay. On arrival I asked reception for creamer and they sent me 6 blocks to a supermarket. The following morning reception again I asked for coffee once again they sent me to the supermarket. The air-conditioning is quite yet the traffic noice is overpowering. The pool and deck area are pleasant.Breakfast below average unless you like eggs. Beware cleaners will not clean your room if you are inside a lot of sex predators apparently. They roll up at 5.30 pm and demand you leave your room which I refused as I was getting in the shower. Room did not get cleaned for 3 days despite me informing reception at 9am and 1 pm I was going out therefore good time to clean the room needless to say it did not happen. With no explanation money appears to have gone missing from my room this was almost a week ago. I asked to speak to the manager to no avail all I was told they are aware. Since leaving I have sent two emails and no response. It is clear the manage do not have an idea how a hotel functions. Guests being sent to a supermarket to get milk cleaners demanding you leave your room. I did stay at the Novotel in Phu Quoc Vietnam in December and it was excellent I thought I would book Novotel in Vina del Mar a mistake on my part.

Staff and service is very bad. No clear instructions. We asked for laundry and we received two different answers: same day and one day. Nobody explained to us that we have to pick up the laundry at front desk. Because we paid in advance nobody at front desk explained to us that we need to register our credit card for any additional service (restaurant, drinks, etc). Then we went to restaurant and we didn't have our credit card with us and we had to go to the room at payment time. Bryan at front desk was very good. We asked for a cappuccino during breakfast and the machine is damage for two consecutive days. We left then we don't know when is going to be available. Breakfast started by 6:30 am. Today we went around 7:30 am and still they were working on the menu (one hour late). This is not the Novotel chain that I know many years ago. We requested to clean the room yesterday by 9:00 am. They told us that in half an hour would be ready. By 3:00 pm still room wasn't clean. Summary, there are no good information nor clear and complete from staff and grade of service is not good.

Desde la primera vez que me hospedé en Novotel. Me he sentido acogida , me he sentido como en casa , segura , los espacios que brindan dan tranquilidad. Solo me gustaría acotar en alguna mejora con la conexión TV , que pueda tener como aplicaciones para conectarse a Neflix , amanzon, para así poder disfrutar alguna película o serie agradable , ya que canales que cuenta no se logra mucho esto ver algo bueno .

Novotel in Viña Del Mar has no English Channel news at all which is very disappointing. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Food in the restaurant is very good. Shower glasses needs attention.

I like this property because it is within walking distance of the supermarkets. The room is very spacious, with an incredible partial ocean view. However, the restaurants could improve attentiveness to lunch and dining options when serving. The food was okay, but I hope to see some flavor enhancements. Chambre confortable, literie très bien. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien ainsi que la cuisine du restaurant. Espace piscine agréable mais manque de parasols. Parking sécurisé au sous-sol pratique. Par contre le wifi n’est pas sécurisé et fonctionne très mal dans la chambre.
