Excellent hotel!

Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Hakodate. The room is very clean and comfortable. You can see that the hotels take care of every detail. The breakfast is also very good. You can even have salmon roe in the breakfast buffet. The location is great because it is next to the restaurant street and the tourist spots. We loved it very much!

Really nice hotel, easy walking distance from the Hakodate train station. In addition to beds, our room had a small side-couch and a desk, and there was enough space for several pieces of luggage. Air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the current heat wave. The breakfast was great, featured a variety of Hokkaido seafood, as well as the usual Japanese and Western options. We did not use the spa. The front desk people were great, very nice and helpful when we were looking at restaurant and museum options. There was always at least one person who spoke some English.

他の方の口コミにもありましたが、色々つっこみどころのあるホテルでした。ホテルに入ってもあいさつの声がけもまばらだったり、担当者によってチェックインの際の説明が違っていたり(部屋タイプに関係するものではなく)、せっかくご用意くださっている部屋着のサイズが、Ｆ（男性用）よりМ(女性用）の方か大きいとか不思議だったりしました。でも、それらの気になる点を補って余りある朝食ビュッフェ！！素晴らしいのひとことです。楽しめました。

朝食サービスとコインランドリー

朝食の席につくまで、30分の待ち時間があったため、滞在中一度も朝食サービスを受けられませんでした。また、コインランドリーが3台しかなく、いつも使用中、ようやく使えたと思ったら乾燥力が弱くて乾燥時間をかなり延長しました。ホテルの収容人数に応じて、タイムリーにサービスが提供できるような改善が必要ではないでしょうか。それを別とすれば、スタッフの皆さんのサービスも良く、お部屋も広く快適で清潔、場所も最高なので、また宿泊したいと思っています。

口コミの低評価ってこういったタイミングでの経験から生まれるのは理解していますが、、、

チェックインの際請け負ってくださった担当の方の説明が早すぎて、理解できなかった箇所（男性浴場は何階が入り口か）確認のため聞き直したところ、先程説明したのにといった顔をされ、強めの口調で１４階ですよ、と返答された。少し小馬鹿にされた気持ちになった。 その他のフロントの方は良い対応をしてくださいました。 朝食はとても美味しかったのですが、食器類全般的に綺麗ではなかった。
