The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to stay in heart of the City and experience the culture Upon arrival, you receive a welcome drink. Great position with great staff.

This is the third time that I have stayed at Rex Hanoi, the staff are fantastic, especially Rose at reception, nothing is too much trouble for her. She helped us rearrange our room without any hassles. Hotel is in a great position near the lake. Try for a higher room as street noise can be a bit loud from the lower floors.

Looks can be deceiving

The staff is nice but the hotel is run down. The lobby can fool you. Once we got into our room it was dirty and run down. The floor/carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed with toe nail clippings around the bathroom. There were little tiny bugs I kept finding. Not a comfortable stay at all
