No concierge to get help. Room Serve took over an hour and being hung up on once. Tiny room for the price. Housekeeping did a good job. Daniel at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was overcrowded and very little to No service. Just an ok selection The elevators are extremely small and took a long time to get to the floor and were normally full. They were under staffed all the way around. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Super hotel in a great location , plaza de espana .Various historic places are easily accessible, also restaurants and great stores . The hotel has a great rooftop bar , possibly the best in Madrid ,called 360 . Its a buzzing place with excellent food and drink . There is a rooftop. pool which is a great advantage especially in summer when temperatures were in 30s . Breakfast is well organised by a team of efficient staff . The choice of food / drink is amazing . I thoroughly enjoyed my break at this hotel .

Great new/renovated hotel. Very close to the center and many of Madrid’s attractions but no in the middle of the crowded areas. Very easy to walk to all the shops and the park. Amazing views from the 27th floor with glass bridges that were fun for the kids.
