I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Coastal Hotel from June 8 to June 12. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable. The food at the hotel was absolutely amazingā€”flavorful, well-prepared, and consistently satisfying. Special thanks to the hotel drivers, Beshma and Romel, who were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Iā€™d also like to highlight Charran, who was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist whenever needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Customer service overall was excellent and truly stood out. I would definitely recommend The Grand Coastal Hotel to anyone visiting Guyana. Whether youā€™re there for business or leisure, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, service, and hospitalituy.

I had the opportunity to stay at grand costal for the past week and it was amazing experience. From checkin to checkout was seamless. The property is in an excellent location that allows you to experience both city and country activities. The staff was a friendly and attentive at all times. The restaurant have a variety of cuisines and everything I tried was delicious. Thank you to David, Dave, Romel, Umadai, Jamal, Kevin, Thalia, Vanessa and Freguson for catering for our big group needs. Iā€™m summary my stay at the Grand Coastal Hotel was a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The service was great and came with a smile. The food from Flavours of Guyana was extremely tasty as was the breakfast the following day. I would come back and recommend this hotel.

This stay was awful and we tried to leave after one night. Management promised a 50% refund on our stay but this never materialised. The hotel is not like the website and the number of 10/10 reviews for this hotel is a total fabrication. I would never stay here again.
