We loved staying at The Melegran... an amazing boutique hotel which made the stay in Rovinj feel really special. Really excellent room and location is brilliant, right in the centre. Great personal shuttle service from their car park outside the city boundary too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Melegran! The staff are incredible, and it was nice to have the golf cart to take us with our bags to and from our car. We chose Rovinj As a central location to visit ancient sites in Pula and Porec. I can’t recommend Rovinj highly enough! It is a beautiful small town with friendly people and the sea there is great!

The room was beautiful and the AC worked great! It seems they thought of every amenity. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast from the cafe down the street was a wonderful fresh buffet which had many choices. The shuttle from the parking lot was a godsend!

My room was very tiny but it was great for me, this small hotel was a short walk from the ferry which I came on from Venice. It was clean and very quiet. So many restaurants and shops close by. I’m so glad I chose to stay there.

Excellent boutique hotel in great location in old town. Parking was off site but we were met at an easy location and guided to the parking then taken by golf cart to the hotel. Very friendly helpful staff and nice touches in the room made our stay there fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was so helpful with transportation to and from the hotel. We had to leave 5am in the morning and they drove us to our connection as well as packed a thoughtful breakfast for us! In addition, the decor of the hotel was gorgeous. And the hotel is surrounded by fantastic restaurants. And as a nightcap, they have a cute small bar that you hang out. Made our visit to Rovinj extra special to stay here. Hope we can return soon.

Rovinj is simply beautiful and the Melegran is right in the old pedestrian part of town. Close to everything. Breakfast was excellent. They even packed a breakfast for a 3:30 am departure. The hotel took us by golf cart to the hotel.

Lovely 4 night stay in Old Town of Rovinj. We stayed in a suite with a bed, pullout bed and kitchenette. It was very clean and the hotel staff were very accommodating! Our bus arrived late and the cart driver stayed late to bring us to the hotel - which I doubt we would have found on our own. They also took us the bus station for an early morning departure and provided a huge take out breakfast. You are staying within the Old Town where people still live and there are many restaurants - so it was not quiet - but this just added to the “old town” feel. Breakfast was provided at a restaurant very close to hotel and it was excellent!

Hotel is very convenient, close to the sea. Having to park 1/2 kilometer away from hotel is not ideal even though hotel provides golf cart pickup. Access to our room was also not ideal as the staircase is narrow and virtually vertical.

Our stay at the Melegran was delightful! The property is even better than the pictures. The 2 rooms with their own en-suite bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The upstairs has a futon style couch that can be used as an extra bed. We loved hanging out on the terrace too. There is laundry service about 50 yards away that is convenient and reasonable. The old town where the hotel is located is idyllic. Lots of dining and shopping and very charming. We can’t wait to come back again!

Room was extremely small. We had a change in travel plans due to issues with the outbound flight and they still charged for 2 nights. It was the most expensive place we booked and some understanding would have been appreciated. Still enjoyed the 1 night we stayed there but for the price we could have slept 1 night on a luxury yacht.

The Melegran is a very cute hotel option right in the center of Rovinj. The hotel staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The room was small, but clean, modern, and well decorated. To those who are driving and need to park, contact the hotel ahead of time. The GPS will not lead you to an area to which you can drive. You will need to meet the hotel staff who will lead you to the parking area and then drive you in a mini car to the hotel.

Timmy was fantastic….after we booked on line with Expedia he called us within 5 minutes to confirm our arrival time and explain where to get picked up by the golf cart that drove us into the old city to the hotel. After he checked us in he ran our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs to the beautiful room. Timmy made us the best aperol spritz of the entire vacation and help us with our ferry reservation that we had struggled with all day. He suggested watching sunset from the church on top of the hill and made us reservations and one of the best and most unique restaurants of our lives (La Puntalina)

We stayed here for 2 nights before catching the ferry over to Venice. I was so impressed with the accommodations. The staff was so helpful and kind, checking us in early as our room was already available despite it being peak season. I’ve forgotten his name, but the gentleman who helped take our luggage up to our room was always cheerful & answered any questions we had. The breakfast was lovely, a great array of options to choose from. We travelled to Croatia for a wedding & this was on the tail end of our trip. I wish we could have stayed longer. I fell in love with Old Town. When I return, I would definitely consider staying here again.

A M A Z I N G !!! Highly recommend ! We travelled from the US. Long and exhausting flight, the hotel was so accommodating. Making the arrival so easy with pick up at a parking area and the accompanying directly to the lobby for check in. This is obviously a very small quaint hotel. Do not expect large rooms or room service or things of the genre. This is small, cozy, accommodating , local, charming and just perfect. You are in the heart of the town. Walking distance from everything. Definitely worth staying and would go back , hence high recommendation
