Property is nice, convenient with some shops and eateries just downstairs. Food selection within walking distance of the area is so-so, not many varieties. The R&F Mall itself is rather quiet, but there are a few pretty good massage shops upstairs that are very reasonably priced. The 3bedroom unit we stayed in is clean, and the view was nice. It was abit noisy in one of the bedrooms facing the busy road leading to the checkpoint. The condo has great amenities.

A nice property

The property is nicely maintained and had thoughtful amenities. However, there was some inconvenience. Check in/out timing, was limited to office hours. The heater in particular, did not warm up in time, even though we waited 15mins between each use. A more absorbent bathmat would also be helpful.

Stayed with SaffronCasa for multiple times at R&F. The apartment's location is near the customs and shopping malls nearby. There are some shops and eateries just below the apartment. Generally convenient since we are taking grab to our usual spots. Condition of the apartment getting slightly poor, hopefully maintenance can be improved. Overall, good stay and likely to revisit if the price is still affordable.

We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us.

Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area.

Great place for families

Very good especially for the price paid. The bed was very very firm and not to my liking. Hence the 3 star comfort rating; everything else was great. You are renting an apartment in a large building so many residents as well as some visitors. The facilities were nice and not really populated. Being Australian we spend a lot of time outside and swimming so the kids love the kids rooms, playground and pools and we had everything to ourselves. I don’t think Malaysians have a strong swim culture as the guards at all the hotels we stayed at (not only this one) were very concerned about the children and asked that they wore swim vests, my 6 year old is a strong swimmer and my one year old is learning that if he falls into the deeper water he sinks, I do pluck him out quickly when he does fall in. The swim vests don’t teach them anything in my philosophy it’s better that they experience sinking and their own limitations. It’s just something to consider I suppose as we were a bit surprised at how actively the staff cared for the children’s safety around the water, maybe being a swim vest if you plan to swim with small children. It was nice that they had such concern. Check in and out you’ll need to arrange with the staff, it’s easy and they are very responsive. Just make sure that you follow the location instructions exactly. Screen shot the information incase like me you lose internet connection and can’t use WhatsApp or check your emails when you arrive also have a phone.

Comfy house

The apartment is fairly new. Lots of construction still in progress at adjacent condos. Had to get a parking pass from the office at level 30 to park car at basement. Not much of amenities around since it’s a new place. Had trouble with the access card to the apartment. It had a peculiar way of flashing from top rather than standard waving. Interior was nice. Proper utensils were supplied. Ha don’t sufficient mugs and plates. Micro wave oven, fridge, stove, and many others. Felt that they could have provided more channels on the TV. Some how one of the air conditioning was not working. No big deal as others were just fine. Could not open balcony glass door as construction was going on outside. Despite all the shortcomings the stay was still comfortable. The price could have been reduced further.
