The hotel is in a good, quiet, and safe location. The staff are relatively friendly. The cleanliness is 8 out of 10. The hotel does not have shampoo, shower gel or lotion, which they could implement. The hotel was very noisy; we could hear everything from our room. But one of the most annoying things was that the housekeeper made a lot of noise starting at 9 am. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again because of the noise.

Centrally located, very nice modern place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Has a restaurant in the hotel with good food. My breakfast was included. I found all the food I like in the morning, like cereals, fruit, grains. The best hotel I have stayed in Santiago.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Hotel muito bem localizado, com vasto comércio por perto, além de duas estações de metrô. Fica em uma região muito agradável e perto de tudo. Destaco também o lanche preparado para quem tem passeios cedo! Parabéns pelo gesto! Equipe bem cordial e atenciosa. Como pontos de atenção, sugiro mais diversidade no café da manhã, pois com o passar dos dias fica repetitivo. A pressão da água do chuveiro da minha unidade também não era forte. Fora isso, excelente a experiência. Com certeza voltaria!

So tive um pequeno problema com o Funcionario Edson, iamos para Vinã Del Mar faltava 15 minutos para abrir o cafe eu e meu marido fomos tomar apenas um cafe de maquina ele nos expulsou do salao.Até o ajudante que estava la ficou perdiu perdao pelo jeito que esse Edson nos tratou.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado. Oferece opção de café da manhã para viagem, em caso de passeios ou saída do hotel antes do horário do café (precisa avisar na recepção até as 18h do dia anterior). O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade de frutas, pães e geleias. Apenas um único dia que não houve reposição de queijos e frios. A limpeza do quarto foi excepcional. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi que um dia ficamos sem sabonete, pois não repuseram. Também senti falta de água no frigobar do quarto, embora oferecessem água gratuitamente na recepção do hotel. Essas pequenas falhas não trouxeram grandes prejuízos à estadia. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.
