Awful hotel

This hotel DESPERATELY needs (to be sterilized) renovation. The wood door frame in the bathroom was literally rotting with hotels and cracks in it. There were dead mosquitos squashed on the walls. The elevator has a strong stench of mold. The bed is terribly uncomfortable and way too soft. Broken light fixtures. The sinks are all clogged (we switched rooms and still had a clogged sink in the bathroom - it was gross). The breakfast is seriously awful. There is nothing redeeming about the breakfast. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the ocean-front view and sweet staff. However, it is located near a terrible nightclub called Batman that plays awful music until 12:30 am. Seriously can’t believe this hotel charges so much for such a low quality hotel that needs updating BADLY. The bathrooms are gross.

If you like to stay up with loud music this is a property for you. Loud music goes on until 3-4am. Otherwise nice hotel. Good breakfast. It is at siteler not at İçmeler. Very nice hotel ruined by noise. They did give us a nice room yet we could not get any sleep.

Very Good, but .... !!!

The hotel located in very good place, friendly staff, open to the sea, very clean. Worth the paid price. One 2 issues i faced : - They have only 2 irons, which serving 3 hotels next each other. - although it not yet high season, we have to pay for late checkout request even for one hour, which was the first time in my life to hear such as request.

This hotel is located on the beach front of Marmaris Town, which makes it easy to access bars and restaurants. Pros: - Beach front - Affordable - Access to bars, restaurants and shops Cons: - Very noisy, with a bar blasting out loud music until 1 am - Poor breakfast - Some staff members were not very professional - Pool is very disappointing - The beach was dirty, no proper sand and the sea was awful - The surrounding area is very tacky - There is an awful sewage smell that comes from outside into the pipes into the bathroom I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No parking within 1km, super busy tiny street as the hotel is on the corner of the beach walk with a tiny street. Difficult to drop of suitcase. Unfriendly reception. Bad internet in the room. Lots of noice from the beach walk, small room, noice the running water of the neighbouring bathroom. Breakfast only at 8am, ok but not too exciting.

L'hotel est situé en bord de mer avec plage privée, accessibles facilement a pied aux différents commerces et restaurants. L'hotel ne possède par de parking privé ce qui peut poser problème dans le cas ou vous y aller en voiture.Il y a un Hammam privé payant au sous-sol de L'hotel ! L'accueil de la réception est très froid ! Si le prix de la chambre est en dessous de 60€, cela reste un rapport qualité prix satisfaisant, si plus le rapport qualité prix est élevé au vu de la prestation général !

Temizlik personelinden tutun servis elemanları resepsiyon personellerine kadar hepsi çok ilgili, güler yüzlüydü. Ama oda ve bilhassa balkon çok küçüktü. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi odalar tertemizdi bunun yanında sıcak su geç geliyordu. Plajın güzel bir temizliğe ihtiyacı var cam parçası gördüm, boş sigara kutusu gördüm küçük parçalar vardı..

The room was adequate,I was disappointed with the bed which was supposed to be a double bed but it was two singles joined. Which meant there was a dip in the middle of the bed.. While the room was cleaned every day the cleaner used the same mop to clean the bathroom aas the bedroom and didn't rince the mop ,also there was a very strong smell of bleach also she did not brush the floor before cleaning and there were dead bugs and hair on the floor.. The breakfast was disappointing no eggs and no way of toasting the bread plus the coffee and tea were never hot. The best thing about the hotel were the staff with the exception of the cleaner .. You need to take a look at the rooms and hygiene if the rooms and bathrooms.

Geçen sene de bu otelde konakladık.Temiz bir otel.Girişte bizi bir hanımefendi karşıladı otel müdürü olduğunu söyledi.Rezervasyon sistemde çocuk bilgileri çıkmamış çocuklu olduğumuz için daha geniş bir oda hazırlattı bize kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz seneye de gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Eleştiri olarak buzdolabı asla soğutmuyor. Plaja dışardan yiyecek içecek getirmek yasak ama otelin yiyecek içecek fiyatları çok yüksek.Bir su 60 tl olmamalı. Otel kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli değil

Fantastic beach front location, beach towels provided and use of sun loungers on beach infront of hotel, room had fridge and tea and coffee within room, nice big shower, and hairdryer but take your own as ot wasn't great. Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and quiet, AC worked well. Room smelt fresh on arrival but did smell a bit musty. Balcony was tiny and too hot to sit on, we were located on the first floor next to another hotel whos Air Con Units blew hot air constantly 247. Only bonus was towels and wet swim wear dried quickly. Breakfast was ok, you won't go hungry but hot food wasn't hot enough and butter wasn't cold! Was like oil when opened as nothing chilled .....good value for money but you get what you pay for
