Just need a new coffee machine!

Very pleasant, no complaint re staff or the room. One thing: they really need a new/better coffee machine for the breakfast. The staff will bring a good cappuccino or espresso from the kitchen but the 'americano' from the machine (when working) is plain terrible, and the water from the machine for tea-making comes out with a brown tinge (hopefully that's traces of coffee) Overall I would happily stay again, but would be very pleased if they had a great new coffee machine, or just barista coffee/pots of coffee and freshly boiled water all round

Loved the balcony room and views! Breakfast was ok not great. Our travel plans ended up being changed last min and couldn’t make it to the hotel for our first night. Expedia or this hotel would not give us a refund for our one night missed. That was super disappointing.

Unbelievable Adriatic View

This high end hotel has no unnecessary decorations. The simple interior design consisting of aluminum, marble (the real one), and mirrors let the 180 degree view of the Adriatic Sea speak for itself. The breakfast service was excellent, and all receptionists (except for one grumpy guy) were kind, pleasant, helpful and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed evening swimming in the Adriatic Sea after my business was over. A surreal and beautiful experience we have had.

Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Parkplatz ist unter Videoüberwachung und vor dem Haus. Nachteil und sehr überraschend war, dass kein Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist jedoch ca. 8-9 Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt.

Anstelle des gebuchten Zimmers mit Balkon erhielten wir ein Zimmer mit Terasse. Ob es daran lag, dass das Zimmer nach Kanalisation stank und dies von dem ersten und eigentlich Buchenden vermutlich bereits beanstandet wurde. Ich nehme es an. So hatte ich mich also mit einem billigeren, stinkenden Zimmer abzufinden. Immerhin war das Frühstück sehr gut und auch der Service dabei sehr freundlich. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass expedia eine klare Vorgabe an die gelisteten Hotels ausgibt, auch die tatsächlich gebuchten Zimmer zu vergeben, so dass man auch bei später Anreise nicht nur noch den verbliebenen, von anderen Gästen abgelehnten „Rest“ zu akzeptieren hat.
