It is a good option to stay

The hotel is good, definitively I would come back; however, I have some comments: the reservation offered Queen bed for two adults and one kid, but it seems more like a Full size with a pad over it smaller than the mattress box, it was confortable thou; at breakfast the hostess said the rooms did not include it, even when the reservation clearly said it was, at the end they respected what the reservation said, but it was a very annoying moment that made us feel like begging for food; finally, there is no self-parking, only valet, and we do not like that.

Su mayor ventaja es que acepta mascotas y que sus precios son accesibles, sin embargo, la atención del personal de recepción no es tan buena y la habitación no estaba muy limpia (había pelos en las camas y basuritas en el piso). Cabe mencionar que la atención de la señorita del buffete de desayuno si fue bastante amable. Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in. Normalmente en los hoteles me toca que cuando la habitación ya está disponible, te dejan entrar antes, sin embargo, aquí primero nos dijeron que no había disponibles y después que serían $700 pesos por entrar antes. Me hucieron esperar 2 horas y ya me dieron la habitación antes del check-in. Adicional, me cobraron un depósito por mi perrito de 1000 pesos que mencionaron se devolvería y al final, posterior a informar del checkout para que fueran a revisar, se estaban haciendo sordos para devolverlo, tuvimos que pedirlo explícitamente. La verdad sólo volvería si necesitara un hotel que acepte mascotas pero si no, no.

En general estuvo bien, la atención es buena, sin llegar a ser sobresaliente, el desayuno es regular, las tortillas para chilaquiles bastante duras y sabor malo. No hubo agua para beber en la habitación. Y el tema del estacionamiento es un pésimo servicio y para el pago solo acepta billetes de 20 y 50.
