Excellent hotel, highly recommend. New, clean and fresh, hotel and room was in great condition. Restaurant was good and the breakfast well worth it, great selection of food for the money. Perfect location, only 10 minute drive to entrance 1. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Giving us tips on the route to follow the next day.

I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons. Amazing facilities, lovely staff, beautiful restaurant and pool. We used this as our base to explore Plitvice National Park. Staff happy to advise on best way to explore park, etc. Only 7 mins from Entrance 1. Would have stayed here longer if we could. Would highly recommend.

If you’re looking for disappointment and an uncomfortable nights rest, you’ve come to the right spot. With no air conditioning, bugs, thin walls and ceilings, high priced food, and lack of toiletries will have you wishing you stayed somewhere else. This place advertises air conditioning, which is not accurate. Our room was hot when we arrived so we decided to turn on the air conditioning and leave the room for a bit to allow it to cool. We retuned 15 minutes later to find our room filled with hot air like the heater was running full power, hot hot!! When we went to the front desk we were told they don’t allow the air conditioner to turn on because it gets cool at night. It was only 4pm, so we were expected to sweat it out until then?! Especially since our room was now like an oven. We were advised to just open our window, really?? It was hot all night and only got a few hours sleep. Very frustrated and could have been avoidable if they allowed use of AC like advertised.

Everything was great from reception [Monique] to room [v clean with tea/coffee] to dinner [Jasmine]. Staff mostly efficient. Breakfast was ok but too much is left open for flies to land!! Food should be covered and people should respect that. I only ate cereal and yogurt!

Top accommodatie, is als beschreven. We logeerden hier om de Plitvice meren te bezoeken. 10 min rijden van entrance 1. Zwembad is kleinder dan lijkt op de foto maar echt lekker na een dagje wandelen. Kamers zijn goed, badkamer is zelfs heerlijk, balkonnetje is fijn. Naast eten bij het hotel zit er ook nog een aardig restaurant, met vriendelijke bediening, in de buurt.

Good but not great. Just a standard hotel vibe. Spacious rooms though and a nice bathroom. Good for our 1 night stay. The highlight was where we ate, Fast Food BBQ about a 5 minute drive from hotel. Get the meat platter!!!!! The hotel food and restaurant seemed overpriced so we ate out.

The family room was spacious and cosy. Nice pool area and a tiny gym. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was a bit pricey and the service was bad. They almost burned my 35e steak (ordered as medium) and did not care when i mentioned it. Kids meals were huge!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet 16 Lakes Hotel som ligger i närheten av Nationalpark Plitvička jezera. Hotellet kombinerar modern design med fantastisk komfort och erbjuder en perfekt bas för att utforska den vackra naturen. Rummen var rymliga, stilrena och utrustade med alla moderna bekvämligheter. Hotellets läge var idealiskt – bara en kort bilresa från nationalparken, vilket gjorde det enkelt att njuta av vandringar och andra aktiviteter. Efter en dag fylld av äventyr var det underbart att koppla av i hotellets spa och njuta av en middag på deras förstklassiga restaurang. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Vi rekommenderar varmt 16 Lakes Hotel till alla som söker en modern och bekväm vistelse nära naturens skönhet.
