Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable for the most part. However, one downside was the lack of shampoo and body wash—both bottles were empty upon arrival. If the cleaning service had been thorough, this should have been caught during their routine checks. Attention to detail matters, and ensuring all amenities are stocked is a basic expectation.

The room was very dated and needs an upgrade. The lighting is also very poor. Bathroom had lots of dust on ceiling but was pretty clean other than that. The gym is very nice. Location is PRIME! If you're looking for something modern, don't stay here.

Great place and location, a short walk to Broadway. Outstanding & helpful staff including the lobby desk, the valets and the restaurant staff. They could not have been more friendly or attentive. Signage could be better as we went past it twice before seeing the hotel and where to park.

Phenomenal hotel, probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at ever. Breakfast was amazing, so many options for food AND drinks ! Super close walk to downtown, but not too close that it’s super loud. Pool area was beautiful and the bar served great food & drinks to you poolside. Staff was so friendly, room were clean & modern. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely return here if I make another trip to Nashville & highly recommend it to anyone going there.
