Absolutely lived it here! Glad we had booked this, so much around the area, shops, beach, dinner options etc. The breakfadt buffet was just brilliant. Recommended to definitely stay here if your on this side of Picafort. The baby cot was good quality and big! Had to drop a star due to some stuff not working in the bathroom like the shower head leaking out by the side and the hairdryer but staff helped us with everything :) 5/5!!! We'll be back!

We booked an apartment with a sea view. In the booking photos, two balconies with a direct sea view were shown, where the entire beach was visible. However, at check-in, we were given an apartment with a balcony offering a side sea view. The reason was that the rooms with a direct sea view were fully booked. We complained, but we still had to stay in this room for the first two nights. Later, we were given the room with the full sea view. The head receptionist was very friendly and helpful in making this change. After that, we were able to enjoy the last four days undisturbed. Can picafort is very beautiful and we like this hotel a lot. We will come again without a doubt!

An extremely good hotel, which was completely ruin

The hotel itself and the service was 10+. At the same time, there were a couple of very big problems, because of which I myself will never visit this hotel again. The point is that the toilet door was made of glass, which was a few centimeters away from the wall, and it is not at all comfortable to be in this hotel with a partner when going to the toilet using every voice, the stench escapes into the living room, also the shower had no curtain in front and when washing, the entire shower room and toilet were drenched, water even seeped into the living room.

I’ve booked two side sea view rooms and expected to get these. To my disappointment we didn’t get any of the promised rooms. When I’ve complained at reception, my request was ignored. The hotel also charges €3 per day for using the safe lock in the rooms, which is unacceptable! However the location of the hotel is amazing, gorgeous beach and lovely restaurants close by. I would definitely return to this area, but definitely not to this hotel!

Man wird stets freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und Anliegen werden direkt bearbeitet, insbesondere Marina spricht ein hervorragendes Englisch und war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind recht modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Safe kosten nicht zusätzlich, nach dem Safe-Schlüssel muss man allerdings selbst an der Rezeption fragen. Die offene Dusche ist zwar modern, führt aber zu Überschwemmungen im Bad. Die installierte Glas-Schiebetür des Badezimmers bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre, besonders beim Toilettengang. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist, dass man sowohl die Gäste über seinem eigenen Zimmer als auch auf dem Flur hört, insbesondere nachts. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und vielfältig, es wird wie beim Abendessen ständig aufgefüllt. Das Abendessen kann mit dem Frühstück nicht so ganz mithalten, viele Speisen sind nicht so gut gewürzt. Die Kellner sind recht aufmerksam, Getränke müssen aber zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Auch negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die meisten Männer mit kurzen Hosen zum Abendessen erscheinen, was für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angemessen ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade mit vielen Cafés und Läden, verfügt aber über keinen eigenen Strand. Der Abschnitt direkt vor dem Hotel enthält einige Steine im Wasser, etwas weiter links dagegen nicht, der Strand ist aber dort deutlich voller. Im Juli 2025 kosteten 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm 18,50 €, was von einem städtischen Angestellten eingesammelt wird.
