This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. We went to celebrate our birthday, and we were surprised that they noted the date of birth in our passports, because at breakfast they sang Happy Birthday to us and made all the Brazilians who were staying sing and they did it with great pleasure. And they gave us a cake that we loved. There are also gluten-free options. What a beautiful hotel... the room was very comfortable. I'm going back to Cabo Frio... and this hotel made us feel at home.

O quarto, bem como todas as dependências, muito limpas e cheirosas! Equipe amável e solícita. No café da manhã, só poderia melhorar o café em si mesmo, pois é de garrafa térmica, e sinto um sabor de um café que já está passado, uma máquina de café, deixaria tudo perfeito! Praia ótima e ainda com o atendimento do hotel, disponibilizando guarda-sol, cadeiras e toalhas, bem como servindo as opções de bebidas/comidas do hotel. Acho isso formidável! O atendimento foi protocolar. Não foi oferecido upgrade de quarto nem qualquer outra facilidade pelo fato de eu ser cliente GOLD do hotéis.com. Ainda nos jogaram para um quarto adaptado para deficientes em que nada funcionava direito: geladeira não gelava, pia entupida e descarga do vaso ruim. Um dia saímos às 08:00 e retornamos às 15:30 e a limpeza e arrumação do quarto não tinha sido feita. Todas as situações que precisamos de atendimento, não conseguimos. Em resumo, o hotel é confortável e muito bem localizado, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento e saber cativar seus hóspedes. Apesar de gostar muito do hotel em si, não sei se volto ou se testo algum outro.
