we were there for three nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable and were more than enough for us to be out and about all day. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. We were just a little surprised that the parking spaces cost extra because this wasnt mentioned anywhere.

A special mention must go to **Catherine** and **Niouma**, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Catherine was incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Her local knowledge and helpful recommendations really enhanced my Paris experience. Niouma, with her infectious smile and friendly demeanor, made me feel at home every time I passed by the reception. It's clear that both Catherine and Niouma take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The room was simple but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget hotel, the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Budget Paris. The staff, especially Catherine and Niouma, made my stay memorable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Paris. Merci beaucoup!

Hôtel mal entretenu il y a des fuites d’eau du Rez de chaussé au 7 elle étage , toute l’entrée de notre chambre constamment inondée ont nous à juste donné des serviettes pour éponger nous meme . Ils ont refusés de nous changer de chambre ! La peinture se décolle a cause de l’humidité…. Le verrou de la chambre est à deux doigts de tomber pour fermer la porte c’est une galère …. L’accueil limite avec cela il ne savent pas gérer l’alarme incendie donc déclenchement à 7h00 du matin dimanche que du bonheur quand ont est rentré à deux heures du matin …. Le parking est payant j’ai pas de souci et j’avais choisi exprès celui ci ainsi je me suis dis la voiture va être en sécurité que nini les barrières ne fonctionnait pas bref 18 euros de volé…j’allais oublier les trains passent souvent et pas loin de l’hôtel niveau calme vous devrez repasser…vraiment déçu car d’habitude je suis plutôt satisfait des ibis budget mais celui-ci alors une cata … à vous de voir
