Great (and quiet) location in the old city. The Palazzo is easy to get to by car and the valet parking is well worth paying for to remove stress of finding safe parking! Our suite was huge and really comfortable. The hotel and rooms are cleverly designed and manage to retain the features and charm of the old building. The hotel staff are all fantastic - very keen to help and provide advice on restaurants, etc. Highly recommend.

The top floor paradiso suite had access to 2 private rooftop decks with beautiful views . We had already been upgraded but chose to upgrade even more to optimize air , views and sunlight. Hands down the best experience ever!

I cannot say enough about this amazing hotel! The staff is the absolute BEST - especially Francesca! From the moment you are preparing to arrive, their priority is providing you the best experience ever. Incredibly friendly and helpful! Very different than the usual European hotel experience. The property is beautiful and amazing. The food, whether at the complementary aperitif or the incredible breakfast spread, was delicious. We will absolutely be returning to stay here again!
