Location is not bad. Quite central to good food but certainly not within short walking distance. Room is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We were on level 3 and Wi-Fi was excellent.

The room was OK, good, comfortable bed, big clean bathroom with decent water pressure ( although there was a drainage issue with the sink. For a place with WIFI in the name the connectivity was less than average. Difficulty with maintaining a signal and streaming was terrible. The area to the rear of the hotel is also noisy, with dogs barking and roosters crowing. So if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Nice hotel, clean modern room and friendly staff. But for a hotel named WiFi Boutique hotel, the WiFi was really bad. 1.4Mb/s and unstable connection from 3rd floor rooms. Had to get card to access 2nd floor lobby where connection was stable albeit still slow. WiFi letting them down badly.

We ran out of toilet paper and went down to front desk. The person on dirty told us we had to wait until 9:00 am when the house keeping opened. I told the person that was ridiculous. Her reply was “we are not 5-stars hotel. What kind attitude.

Good place to stay in Penang. If you can believe it, the wifi was spotty so, we had to use our data during our entire trip. Beds were fairly comfortable, hot water was good in the shower &, there was soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like mold but, our room did not. I mentioned it to the staff during check out. The views from the rooms are not pretty & the 5:00 rooster call was a bit annoying.

Nice place and close to Komtar. Easy to walk around for food and places. Plus point is there is a Malaya bicycle museum on top root. Good for Flfree and easy short-term vacation
