Overall good stay, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was a large roach that fell over the bed at night. We informed the staff and they cleaned up the following day.

The staff was extremely friendly, and always was very attentive. It is located six blocks from the center of Santa Ana. Everything was walking distance and the hotel was very very modern. Everyone treated us like royalty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have the Santa Ana experience, but keeping some of your “American” standards. 10/10!!! Will definitely be back!
